Our professionals also bring invaluable insights gained from roles within both Mid-sized and prestigious Big Four accounting firms.

Connor Smythe, CPA
Connor is a Chartered Professional Accountant with a broad professional background. He brings expertise in accounting, tax planning and compliance – helping business owners and leadership teams make confident, informed decisions that drive long-term success. Known for his straightforward, approachable style, Connor excels at turning complex financial matters into clear, practical guidance. Outside of work, Connor is a devoted husband and father to two young boys. Although it has become tougher to balance, he stays active by playing hockey, tennis, and hiking the North Shore mountains.

Winston Chen, CPA
Winston is a Chartered Professional Accountant with experience in both public practice and industry. He brings a strong foundation in assurance, tax, and financial reporting from his previous experience working with a wide range of organizations – private companies, non-profits, and publicly listed entities. Winston also brings strong analytical and financial expertise, including budgeting, forecasting, and process improvement. Winston is also an active person who enjoys biking, playing volleyball, and catching the latest hockey game. He was recently married and enjoys spending time with his partner exploring new activities and experiences together.
